We are excited to enable our users the ability to pay for their purchases over 4 installments using Shopify's new installment option powered by Affirm that have 0% interest and no affect on your credit score when you use this!

This is incredibly useful to creatives and enables our US based customers the ability to learn now and pay later over 4 installments at checkout.

HOW DO I PAY WITH SHOPIFY INSTALLMENTS?

To pay with Shop Pay Installments:

1. Fill your cart, then choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout.
2. Choose the installments option as your payment method.
3. Choose a debit or credit card to use for payment, then tap Continue.
4. Follow the steps to verify your identity—this usually takes just a few moments.
5. If you agree to the terms, click Agree, then tap Authorize purchase.
6. Enter the 6-digit verification code that was sent to your phone.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO USE THIS FEATURE?

Steps To Pay In Installments:

1. Add items to your cart.
2. Check out using Shop Pay.
3. In the Payment method section, choose to pay for your order in 4 installments.
4. Select a debit or card card to use as your payment method.
5. Confirm your billing and shipping information is correct.
   Note: Your address needs to be in the United States.
6. Click Continue.
7. If required, enter the 6-digit code sent by Shop Pay to your phone.
8. If you agree to the terms, select the Agree checkbox and then complete your purchase. If you don’t agree to the terms and conditions, then you can’t pay using Shop Pay Installments.

After you select Shop Pay Installments, review your purchase. You’ll be presented with one of the following options:

• Make your first payment at checkout
• Make your first payment 2 weeks after the purchase was made

The 3 remaining payments are automatically charged to your debit or credit card every 2 weeks after the first payment. You’ll get an email reminder before each payment is charged in case you want to change your payment methods.

DOES THIS AFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE?

Your credit scores aren't affected if you use Shop Pay Installments. However, if you don’t pay an installment, or you make a late payment, then your eligibility for making purchases using Shop Pay Installments in the future might be affected.

WHAT ARE THE AMOUNTS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE?

You have the option to pay for orders between $50 and $1,000 USD, including discounts, shipping and taxes, in 4 installments. To use Shop Pay Installments, your shipping address needs to be in the United States.

If you would like to use Affirm for the PRO PLAN, you can do so on one-time purchases only. This means that you can only take advantage of the installment options when you select the one-time-purchase option on any of the PRO PLAN options here.

Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into 4 equal installment payments. You can't adjust the number of installment payments or the price range available for Shop Pay Installments.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS AND CHECK MY BALANCE?

In the Shop app:

1. Sign in to the Shop app.
2. On the Home screen, tap the installment purchase you want to review.

In Shop Pay on your desktop:

1. Sign in to your Shop Pay account.
2. From the Shop Pay Account screen, click the installment purchase you want to review.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS AND CHECK MY BALANCE?

In the Shop app :

1. Sign in to the Shop app.
2. Tap the Account icon in the bottom right corner.
3. In the Shop Pay section, tap Wallet.
4. In the Cards section, tap Add card, then complete the required fields.
5. Confirm or change your billing address.
6. Tap Save card.

In Shop Pay on your desktop:

1. Sign in to your Shop Pay account.
2. In the Cards section, click the drop-down arrow and choose Add card.
3. Complete the required fields.
4. Confirm your bill to address. If you have to change your billing address:
1. Click the drop-down arrow and select Use a different address.
2. Update your information and click Save billing address.
5. Click Save card.
