Pro Plan subscription policy

What the Pro Plan includes. An active Pro Plan gives you streaming access to every course in the PRO EDU library, along with the plugins, actions, presets, and asset packs marked as included, plus new releases added during your subscription. Access is delivered through the PRO EDU app at learn.proedu.com and is for your personal use.

Plans and billing. The Pro Plan is offered as an annual plan billed once per year, a six-month plan billed every six months, and a student annual plan billed once per year with verification. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you subscribe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each term at that same price unless you cancel first, and we email you a reminder before each renewal with the date and the amount.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date, from your account page or at proedu.com/pages/manage-membership. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues through the end of the term you have already paid for. You do not need to contact us or give notice, and there is no minimum number of payments.

Refunds. Payments already made, including the current term, are not refunded. If something has gone wrong with your subscription, email support@proedu.com and we will make it right.

Pausing. If you would rather pause than cancel, contact support@proedu.com and we will pause your subscription and hold your access.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it and email you. If it cannot be collected, your subscription is cancelled and your access ends; you can resubscribe at any time at the price then in effect.

Price changes. Your price is fixed for as long as your subscription remains active. If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies to new subscriptions and to yours only after we notify you by email in advance of a renewal, and you may cancel before that renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Downloads. Course files, plugins, and asset packs may be downloaded for your own use while your subscription is active. They are licensed, not sold, and the licence ends when your subscription ends.

Students. Student plans require valid proof of enrolment. If verification cannot be confirmed, we will contact you before the next renewal.
