We've been hard at work and have just released Version 2.0 of the streaming website and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
We're basically like Netflix for Photographers!
What's New
With the newest release, now everyone that has made a purchase from 2014-today has access to use the mobile App and new streaming platform at learn.proedu.com . Now not just annual subscribers to the Unlimited Plan have access to view the content they have purchased in the mobile apps and new streaming learn platform.
You can download offline in the mobile apps and select the size of the videos you'd like to download to save space on your computer's hard drive. Perfect for long flights or people who prefer to learn off a mobile app.
How To Access My Tutorial Purchases?
Your past tutorial or master collection purchases will be accessible to stream and download at: https://learn.proedu.com/catalog
To view your content you will need to log in with the email address that you used in the past to make any purchase. It is very important that you only use the email address that you originally used to make a purchase.
Changes To Your Existing Account
The email address that you used to purchase content at PROEDU.com has now been added to our new streaming platform with mobile apps at learn.proedu.com.
In doing so we have given you free access to a brand new learning platform that we will continue to develop with new features and benefits.
Logging In At PROEDU.com is no longer an option. The only log in is at learn.proedu.com
Your Old Passwords Won't Work
We do NOT have your passwords and did not migrate your existing password to the new site.
But good news! It's super easy to log in.
You can use our new magic link feature by entering your email address associated with your past purchases and select "email me a sign in link" feature.
Setting Up Your New Account: Magic Link Login
1.) Go to:https://learn.proedu.com/login
2.) Enter your email address on the first page under “Sign In”
3.) When prompted for a password, select “Email me a sign in link” button located at the bottom of the page. After you select this option you will be sent an email that will allow you to sign in automatically with a magic link. Follow the instructions in the email.
4.) Once you have opened your email and pressed the “sign in now” button your web browser will open and automatically sign you into your account.
5.) In the top right corner you will see a green circle for your account settings or go to https://learn.proedu.com/settings to view your “Info”and “Past Purchases.”
6.) Once you are on your account settings page, you can click on “info” and setup your new password. If you ever forget your password you can use this magic link option to also log in.
7.) Once you are ready to stream or watch your content, you can visit https://learn.proedu.com/catalog to stream and download any of your past purchases.
Please note that to view individual tutorial purchases you will always need to go to the URL https://learn.proedu.com/catalog where individual tutorials are located. If you can’t find a tutorial use the “search” feature and try to search for what is missing.
How Can You Make A Future Purchase?
You can continue to purchase any tutorials or master collections in the future at PROEDU.comjust like in the past. Anytime you make a purchase, your access is upgraded and you will be able to log in at learn.proedu.com to stream and download your content.
The checkout and purchase process is the same and all products will continue to be sold individually at PROEDU.com. Streaming content will be hosted on our new learning platform and you will be given access to this platform immediately after any future purchase as well.
