Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are happy with your education purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your tutorial for any reason, you may exchange it to us for store credit or an exchange the tutorial for any other tutorial at the same or lesser cost. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

REFUNDS

PRO EDU does not issues refunds on digital products or subscriptions.  We offer a 30-Day exchange policy and store credit to be used on any digital product available for purchase. Email us at support@proedu.com if you have any additional questions about tutorials or products.

 

EXCHANGES

All return requests must be emailed within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All exchanged tutorials or digital products, download links, and access to the original tutorial will be removed and deleted from the learning platform and downloading app.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@proedu.com with your order number or email that you used to purchase your tutorials or master collection. State which product you wish to exchange and which product you would like us to replace it with.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned:

  •     Digital Products  
  •     Tutorials  
  •     Master Collections  
  •     The PRO EDU PLAN  
  •     Subscriptions  
  •     Mentorship  

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • To exchange a tutorial within 30 days, simply email support@proedu.com with your order number, email address, and the requested tutorial you would like to exchange this for.
