 Subscriptions

When you purchase a PRO PLAN membership with PRO EDU, you receive unlimited access to our platform based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. The available subscription terms are:

• 3 months
• 6 months
• 12 months
• 24 months
• 5 years

Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged according to the term you select. All subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their term unless you choose to opt-out.

To cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, you must contact our support team at support@proedu.com at least 30 days before the end of your current subscription term. Please note that processing cancellations and stoppages of renewals can take up to 30 days.

Subscriptions cannot be canceled until the terms of the subscription agreement have been met. For any changes to your subscription, please reach out to support@proedu.com. You can also log in and manage your billing through your account here.
