However, if you are not completely satisfied with your tutorial for any reason, you may exchange it to us for store credit or an exchange the tutorial for any other tutorial at the same or lesser cost. REFUNDS

EXCHANGES
All return requests must be emailed within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All exchanged tutorials or digital products, download links, and access to the original tutorial will be removed and deleted from the learning platform and downloading app.

To return an item, please email customer service at support@proedu.com with your order number or email that you used to purchase your tutorials or master collection. State which product you wish to exchange and which product you would like us to replace it with.
